Contrary to conventional wisdom, millennials are engaged. Though the least likely age group to participate in institutional political processes such as elections and party membership, young people remain the driving force behind so much of ‘informal’ political activity; from demonstrations and petitions, to pressure groups and NGOs.
This blog, though unashamedly Labour-orientated, seeks to expand upon these themes in making politics more accessible and relevant to young people like myself in what I hope will be an informative and enjoyable read.
